His father Giuseppe RAGUSA was respectfully, the original and only legitimate investor in the GENERAL PNEUMATICS company's product developments which his son founded. An ongoing and continuous exercise, made ad-hoc, and entirely produced by his personal 'wishes' and 'whims' and duly executed by a 'crooked' and inept bookkeeper.
Critically, the 'leopard showed his colours' - (unfortunately for Ragusa) only after agreements had been fraudulently signed, doctored, and partnerships entered into in 'good faith' by Mario Ragusa. Ken THOMAS is a psychopath's 'work-of-the-devil' personified.
General expenses, extraordinary expenses, and even more incidental expenses, continued to build up over time. Such things like $16,000 monthly/rent, for what was essentially a 'green' toilet block, never agreed to, and with other ridiculous and entirely 'fabricated' expenses that literally came 'out-of-the-blue'. Ken THOMAS - as Psychopath with bad intent and No conscience
Ken THOMAS, safe to say, was in operation 'heaven' and into overdrive, in order to orchestrate his 'shameless' theft, sly and premeditated takeover of everything that was at stake, at Mario RAGUSA'S 'expense' of health and stress concerns, and unlawful treatment.

'standing' annual orders were indiscriminately manipulated by Thomas and Borg,
involving a premeditated sequence of events consisting of fraud, forgery, and

fully formed to further distance itself from the General Pneumatics Company for
the growing fear and paranoia of retaliation. It is coming whatever avoidance

extremely dishonourable and intentional theft of Mario RAGUSA'S father (Giuseppe RAGUSA) a 92-year-old man and Polio
Sufferer, who was
intentionally 'duped' and 'robbed' of his entire lifesavings of the investment

and Development of the Truckmaster Series 500 Project
venture, is beyond unconscionable.
Giuseppe RAGUSA was deliberately denied and

designed for trucks, buses, rolling stock and an extensive list of industrial
applications was also a classic case of 'daylight robbery' and fraud. Ken THOMAS had the
unspeakable audacity to put his name fraudulently on a patent he had absolutely
no part in its development whatsoever.
Everyone, everywhere must know, Ken THOMAS never invented anything in his entire life and yet corruptly managed to get his name on a great patent, being the ETP-500 valve. This is just another classic example of a comprehensive travesty of justice, and will be dealt with accordingly, in a separate list of complaints, claims and lengthy list of damages in a writ for over $18,000,000 against him and his company, and colluding associates, and will eventually be proven in court of law.
